8. Try & Buy

Bonstyl offers a Try & Buy facility only within Mancherial District and only for eligible footwear products.

Customers can try the footwear at the time of delivery and pay after trying it.

Products purchased through Try & Buy:

Cannot be cancelled after purchase.
Are not eligible for refunds.
Can only be exchanged by visiting the Bonstyl physical store.
The replacement product must be of equal or higher value than the amount paid for the original product.
If the replacement product costs more, the customer must pay the difference.
No refund or cash difference will be provided if the replacement product costs less.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you agree to follow the applicable conditions and procedures mentioned in that policy.
