At Bonstyl, we strive to ensure fast, safe, and reliable delivery of your orders.
This Shipping Policy outlines how deliveries are managed, timelines, and related conditions applicable to all purchases made through Bonstyl.com and the Bonstyl mobile app.
1. Delivery Areas
Bonstyl currently operates in selected pincodes as part of our MVP launch phase.
Customers can check delivery availability by entering their pincode during checkout.
As Bonstyl expands, more areas will be added to our service network.
2. Delivery Timeline
Our goal is to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, depending on your location and vendor type:
- Local Deliveries: Within 2–24 hours, based on shop distance and order confirmation time.
- Extended / Non-Local Deliveries: Typically within 4–7 business days for certain locations and brand shipments.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, local holidays, or transportation delays. Any expected delay will be communicated to you in advance via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
3. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted local logistics partners and directly coordinate with nearby shops to ensure faster and safer delivery.
In some cases, Bonstyl’s own delivery team may handle the shipment to guarantee timely and reliable service.
All Bonstyl deliveries are professionally packaged and sealed to maintain quality and security during transit.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery fees (if applicable) are clearly displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
Charges vary based on product weight, delivery distance, and vendor location.
Important:
If a shipping or delivery charge has been collected, it will not be refunded in the following cases:
- If the order is cancelled after dispatch, or
- If the product has already been delivered to the customer.
This helps cover logistics, handling, and delivery partner expenses already incurred by Bonstyl.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive real-time updates through WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
You can also track your order status anytime via your Bonstyl account dashboard.
6. Undelivered Orders
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address,
- Repeated customer unavailability, or
- Refusal to accept the package,
The order may be marked as “Return to Origin (RTO)”.
Refunds for such cases will be processed as per Bonstyl’s Cancellation & Refund Policy, excluding shipping charges where applicable.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or tampered with, please report it to bonstylconnect@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Our team will assist you in verifying the issue and arranging a replacement or refund as applicable.
