Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Bonstyl, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth, transparent, and worry-free.
This policy explains how order cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled for purchases made through Bonstyl.com and the Bonstyl mobile app.
1. Order Cancellation
- Customers may cancel an order before vendor confirmation or before it is dispatched from the warehouse/shop.
- Once an order has been confirmed by the vendor or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- If a vendor cannot fulfill an order due to stock unavailability or operational issues, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
- Bonstyl reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, fraudulent activity, or policy violations, with full refund where applicable.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is incorrect or damaged.
- The return request is raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Products returned without following the above guidelines may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Size Mismatch Policy:
- Returns or refunds will not be accepted for size mismatch if the same size that the customer ordered was delivered.
- Customers are advised to check the size chart and measurements carefully before placing an order.
- A return will be accepted only if there is a manufacturing defect, wrong size label, or incorrect product sent by the vendor.
Products returned without meeting the above guidelines may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
3. Refund Process
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are processed via UPI transfer or Bonstyl Wallet credit, depending on customer preference.
- Refunds are typically completed within 3–7 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- In case of order cancellations before dispatch, refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days of confirmation.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain product categories are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. These include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
- Innerwear and undergarments
- Hygiene and personal care products
- Custom-made or personalized items
Bonstyl reserves the right to update the list of non-returnable categories as required.
5. Shipping Charges
If a shipping or delivery fee was collected, it will not be refunded in cases where:
- The order was cancelled after dispatch, or
- The product was successfully delivered to the customer.
Shipping charges cover logistics and handling costs already incurred by Bonstyl and its delivery partners.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated time frame:
- First, check your bank account or payment method again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider — processing times may vary.
- If the issue persists, please contact our support team at bonstylconnect@gmail.com with your Order ID and refund details.
We will review and respond within 48 hours of receiving your query.
