While we strive to maintain accuracy and authenticity across all listings, Bonstyl does not claim ownership, endorsement, or affiliation with any specific product brands listed by vendors.

1. Vendor Responsibility

• All products listed on Bonstyl are uploaded by independent vendors or shops who take full responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of the products they sell.
• Vendors must ensure that:
  

  • They are legally authorized to sell the products listed.

  • No counterfeit, copied, or trademark-infringing products are uploaded.

  • All brand names, images, and logos used comply with the respective brand’s usage policies.

• Bonstyl reserves the right to suspend or delist any product or vendor found violating intellectual property laws or brand rights.

2. Brand Representation

• Any mention of a brand name, logo, or trademark within product listings is solely for identification and descriptive purposes.
• The presence of a brand product in a vendor’s shop on Bonstyl does not imply partnership, endorsement, or direct affiliation between Bonstyl and that brand.
• All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

3. Brand Objections and Complaints

Bonstyl respects all brand and trademark rights.
If you are a brand owner or authorized representative and believe that any product or listing on Bonstyl:

• Misuses your brand name, logo, or trademark,
• Infringes your intellectual property rights, or
• Misrepresents affiliation with your brand,

• Brand name and registration details,
• URLs or product links in question, and
• Proof of brand ownership or authorization.

Upon verification, Bonstyl will promptly investigate and remove the infringing listing or vendor as necessary.

4. Platform Disclaimer

• Bonstyl serves purely as an intermediary and is not the manufacturer, owner, or official reseller of the listed products.
• Bonstyl is not responsible for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from the sale of branded items listed by independent vendors.
• Customers are encouraged to verify the authenticity of branded products before purchase and report any concerns to bonstylconnect@gmail.com

5. Corrective Action

In case of a verified infringement or false claim:

• The listing will be immediately taken down.
• The vendor’s account may be suspended or permanently terminated.
• Repeated violations will result in blacklisting from the Bonstyl marketplace.

Bonstyl cooperates with law enforcement and brand protection agencies in all verified infringement cases.
