By accessing, browsing, or using Bonstyl.com, the Bonstyl mobile application, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
Please read them carefully before using our platform.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you may choose not to access or use Bonstyl’s services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User” or “Customer”) and Bonstyl (the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. General

Bonstyl is a hyperlocal e-commerce marketplace platform designed to connect customers with verified local vendors and brands.
Our role is to facilitate a safe and seamless environment for shopping and selling by enabling:

• Product discovery,
• Order placement,
• Secure payment processing, and
• Delivery coordination.

By placing an order through Bonstyl, you acknowledge that:

• Products are sold, owned, and fulfilled by independent vendors, not by Bonstyl.
• Bonstyl acts solely as an intermediary service provider facilitating transactions between vendors and customers.
• You agree to comply with all platform guidelines, vendor policies, and applicable laws while using Bonstyl.

Bonstyl reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of its services, listings, or platform features without prior notice.

2. Account Registration and User Responsibilities

To place orders or access certain features, users must create a Bonstyl account.

a. Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your name, contact number, and address.
• You agree to maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate.
• Misrepresentation, impersonation, or using fake credentials is strictly prohibited.

b. Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any activity conducted under your account will be presumed to be authorized by you.
• Bonstyl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access caused by your negligence.

c. Account Suspension

Bonstyl reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be involved in:

• Fraudulent activity,
• Policy or law violations, or
• Misuse of the platform or intellectual property.

3. Product Listings and Information

• All product descriptions, prices, and images are provided directly by vendors or brands.
• Bonstyl verifies listings to maintain quality and accuracy; however, we do not guarantee that all details are always error-free or up to date.
• Actual product colors or designs may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or screen display settings.
• Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their listings comply with Bonstyl’s product policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

Bonstyl reserves the right to edit, remove, or suspend any product listing that violates these standards.

4. Orders and Acceptance

• An order placed through Bonstyl is considered “confirmed” only when accepted by the respective vendor.
• You will receive confirmation once the vendor verifies product availability and approves the order.
• Bonstyl facilitates payment processing, logistics coordination, and customer support, product delivery services but does not own, stock, or ship inventory.
• In the event that a product becomes unavailable after order placement, you will be notified, and an automatic refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
• Bonstyl reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, or policy violations.

5. Payments and Billing

• All online payments on Bonstyl are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay and PayU.
• You may choose from various payment modes, including UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or COD (Cash on Delivery).
• COD availability is limited to certain pincodes and vendor-approved areas.
• Bonstyl does not store your card, CVV, or payment details on its servers.
• In the event of a payment failure, please retry or contact your payment provider.

Bonstyl is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.

6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

• Returns and refunds are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged or incorrect.
• The customer must raise a return request within 24 hours of product delivery via email, WhatsApp, or the Bonstyl app.
• Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after quality verification.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via UPI or Bonstyl Wallet as applicable.

All returns, exchanges, and refunds will be handled in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Bonstyl acts only as a facilitator between customers and vendors.
• We are not liable for:
  

  • Vendor behavior or service quality,

  • Product defects, warranties, or compliance issues,

  • Delivery delays caused by third-party logistics partners, or

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

However, Bonstyl is committed to assisting customers in resolving disputes with vendors fairly and efficiently.
Our customer support team will mediate between the vendor and buyer wherever possible.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

• All logos, designs, graphics, trademarks, and content available on Bonstyl (including images, text, and code) are the intellectual property of Bonstyl or its affiliates.
• Vendors may use Bonstyl’s branding materials only with written permission.
• Users and vendors are strictly prohibited from:

• • Copying or redistributing Bonstyl’s content or code,

  • Modifying or reproducing brand assets without consent, or

  • Engaging in plagiarism or data scraping.

Violation of Bonstyl’s intellectual property rights may lead to legal action and permanent account suspension.

9. Vendor and Third-Party Content

• Bonstyl may display third-party links, promotional banners, or vendor advertisements for user convenience.
• Bonstyl does not endorse or take responsibility for any third-party content, website accuracy, or services accessed via external links.
• Users interact with such content at their own risk and should review the respective third party’s terms and privacy policies.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In case of any dispute or claim, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana, India.

11. Indemnification

By using Bonstyl, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bonstyl, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claim, loss, or liability arising from:

• Violation of these Terms,
• Misuse of the platform, or
• Infringement of any third-party rights.

This includes reasonable legal fees incurred in defending such claims.

12. Termination of Access

Bonstyl may, at its discretion, suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform if:

• You breach these Terms or applicable laws,
• Engage in fraudulent or misleading conduct, or
• Harm the platform’s integrity or user experience.

Termination does not limit Bonstyl’s right to seek compensation for damages caused.

13. Policy Updates and Revisions

Bonstyl reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Revised versions will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date.
By continuing to use Bonstyl’s services, you agree to the updated Terms.
